Description

A specialized coating is applied to the surface of custom cut magnetic sheets from Saint langma, specifically 

designed to stop magnetic powder from oxidizing or falling off. 

Thanks to this coating, the sheets not only last longer but also maintain their high-level magnetic performance through long-term use.

Additionally, the adsorption capacity of  custom cut magnetic sheets is about 4 times higher than that of conventional ferrite magnet sheets. 

As a result, even in applications demanding stronger magnetic force, the custom cut magnetic sheets can deliver outstanding performance.

Moreover, custom cut magnetic sheets excel in terms of processability—they can be cut easily using ordinary tools such as scissors or utility knives, 

allowing for rapid shaping into diverse sizes. Since custom cut magnetic sheets are flexible and come in a sheet form, these custom cut magnetic

Application

Custom cut magnetic sheets are flexible magnetic materials made by mixing magnetic powder (Saint langma use neodymium-iron-boron magnetic powder) with polymers such as rubber and plastic, followed by extrusion, calendering, or injection molding processes. They combine magnetism with flexibility, and also feature easy cuttability, light weight, and low cost. As a result, they have a wide range of applications, covering homes, offices, industrial settings, consumer electronics, and other fields.
