One stop solution for magnetic products
This week!
Our team went behind the scenes at the Saint Langma factory to uncover the secrets of our “Full Magnetic Power” manufacturing base.
From magnetic cores to complete permanent magnetic filtration equipment, let’s take you inside the production process and see how precision manufacturing turns raw materials into high-performance magnetic solutions.

01
From a Magnetic Core to a High-Performance Magnet
A professional look inside our factory

At the heart of permanent magnetic filtration equipment, the magnetic core is truly the “soul” of the product.
These seemingly simple magnetic rods, enclosed in stainless steel tubes, can achieve a surface magnetic field strength of up to 18,000 Gauss, providing the key force needed to capture micron-level ferrous impurities.
But did you know that producing a high-quality magnetic core involves far more than simply “grinding and welding”?
From rough blanks to precision-finished components, every magnetic core goes through a sophisticated, multi-step manufacturing process.
Follow us behind the scenes as we reveal the transformation of a high-quality magnetic core.

Turning Raw Blanks into Precision Magnetic Cores — Cutting
According to the required design specifications, advanced equipment such as multi-wire cutting machines and internal circular cutting machines is used to cut large raw blanks into magnetic discs or cylinders of the required dimensions.
A water-based cutting fluid is applied during the process to ensure smooth cutting surfaces without chipping or cracking.
Key Point:
Magnetic cores are not magnetized during the cutting process. Magnetization is performed as the final step. Therefore, the magnetic cores do not attract each other during cutting and cleaning, minimizing interference and helping maintain machining accuracy.

Achieving a Mirror-Like Finish — Cleaning & Surface Treatment

After machining, cutting fluid and oil residues may remain on the surface of the magnetic cores.
We carry out deep cleaning to remove surface contaminants and ensure the quality of subsequent surface treatment and magnetization.
After cleaning, the magnetic cores are dried using a vibration drying machine and carefully wiped with wood shavings to ensure that the surfaces are completely clean and dry.
Key Point:
This process helps achieve the required high surface finish. It directly affects the fit accuracy and magnetic field uniformity once the magnetic cores are assembled into the magnetic rods.
Transforming into Powerful Permanent Magnets — Magnetization

Using a professional magnetizing machine, the magnetic cores are placed into specially designed magnetizing fixtures.
A high-intensity pulsed magnetic field is applied along the specified magnetization direction, causing the magnetic domains inside the core to align in an orderly manner until the magnetic properties reach their designed saturation level.
During magnetization, a Gauss meter is used for real-time testing to ensure a magnetization saturation level of ≥98% and that the surface magnetic field meets the required specifications.
Key Point:
Only after magnetization does the magnetic core truly acquire its magnetic force.
This is the moment when it becomes the “permanent magnetic heart” of the filtration system.

Magnetic Rod Assembly & Magnetic Core Encapsulation

After magnetization, the magnetic cores are arranged according to the designed configuration and inserted into carefully selected stainless steel tubes.
Different magnetic circuit designs are applied to optimize the distribution of magnetic flux, ensuring a more uniform magnetic field and maximizing magnetic induction along the entire length of the magnetic rod.
Precision Grinding — Because Every Detail Matters

The stainless steel housing of each magnetic rod undergoes multiple grinding and polishing processes to ensure a smooth, burr-free surface that meets food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade hygiene requirements.
Surface finish directly affects material flow and iron removal efficiency.
Insufficient polishing may cause material residue to accumulate on the surface and potentially affect product quality.
Every magnetic rod undergoes magnetic field strength testing to ensure that the magnetic field meets specifications and is evenly distributed.
Any product that fails inspection is reworked or rejected.

From Individual Magnetic Rods to a Magnetic Grid — Building a Powerful Magnetic Matrix
A professional look inside our factory
A single magnetic rod has limited coverage. The real “iron removal matrix” comes from the precision assembly of multiple magnetic rods.
Scientific Arrangement
According to the equipment model and material processing capacity, our engineers arrange multiple magnetic rods at specific spacing and angles to create a high-gradient magnetic field zone.
This maximizes the opportunity for ferrous impurities to come into contact with the magnetic field — leaving them “nowhere to hide.”
Precision Welding
The magnetic rods are securely welded to the stainless steel frame through precision welding processes, ensuring structural stability without loosening even under high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-flow-rate operating conditions.

Orders Are Rolling In — Products Ready for Shipment
A look at our busy shipping area
Recently, our factory shipping area has been especially busy.
Batches of products are fully packed and ready for shipment, while forklifts move continuously through the warehouse.
From standard products to customized solutions, every piece of equipment undergoes strict quality inspection and careful packaging before being shipped to production facilities across different regions.
Behind every shipment is our customers’ trust in our product quality — as well as the dedication and hard work of our team.
“Before any equipment leaves our factory, we conduct magnetic field strength re-testing, sealing tests, and operational commissioning to ensure that it is ready for immediate use once it reaches the customer.”
